The location of this hotel was perfect for us, as it was right in walking distance of everything in the city center. It was also conveniently located not far from the main train station. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good, making us feel comfortable and at ease.

They greeted us with smiles and humor, creating a pleasant atmosphere from the start. When we encountered a small issue in our room, the staff were very good too assist us with understanding how the stove worked. Their willingness to help and positive attitude made our experience really good. The hotel itself was quiet, clean, and centrally located, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. The thoughtful decoration added a nice touch to the overall ambiance. We also appreciated the convenience of having a supermarket nearby and being within walking distance of the shopping streets and the chocolate museum. The cooking facilities in our room were excellent, great to enjoy meals at our own convenience. As solo female travelers, we felt safe in the peaceful neighborhood and enjoyed opening the window to let in the refreshing air and admire the beautiful sunrise.

We had an amazing stay here. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the historic city center, the chocolate museum, and the river walk. The room was cozy and well-equipped with a kitchenette that had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, even providing us with a welcome drink upon arrival. We also appreciated the complimentary tea, coffee, and cocoa available all day in the bar. This place definitely exceeded our expectations!

Fantastic stay for a weekend trip! Very easy to find with a park garage underneath. Friendly & helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Quiet area near the shopping district. Easy walk to town center, cathedral, and Christmas market. Connected to a popular Japanese restaurant and other dining options nearby. Enjoyed a free coffee.

The parking is expensive. The breakfast can be a little confusing and the food runs out quickly.

During my stay, I found the location of the hotel to be very convenient. It was not far from the main train station, making it easy to explore the city. There was also a supermarket nearby, which was handy for picking up any essentials. The hotel was close to all the city's attractions, allowing me to easily visit the sights. The room was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The staff were friendly and professional, providing good service throughout my stay. The hotel also had a nice reception area and was at a good temperature.

The kitchen in the apartment was not well supplied, lacking basic utensils and crockery.

The staff was supernice. There is a supermarket around the corner that is really handy when travelling with kids. The room and kitchen were comfortable. The location is quiet, but it is within walking distance to all major points of interest. Would highly recommend it and I would definitely stay again if I ever re-visit.
